Membership, Attendance & Refund Policy

By registering a player with PreGame Football, parents and guardians agree to the following policy.

1. Monthly Membership & Payments

PreGame Football memberships are paid monthly by Direct Debit. Membership fees are payable in advance and secure the player's place in their designated training group.

Payments are made on the agreed monthly payment date and remain payable regardless of the number of sessions attended during a particular month.

Membership fees are not calculated on a pay-as-you-attend basis.

2. Bank Holidays & School Half-Terms

PreGame Football group sessions do not take place on UK bank holidays. Normal monthly membership fees remain payable, and no automatic refund or reduction will be provided solely because a bank holiday falls on a scheduled training day.

Training sessions continue as normal during school half-term holidays.

Membership fees remain payable during half-term, regardless of whether a player attends.

3. Player Absence & Missed Sessions

Membership fees are payable regardless of a player's attendance.

Refunds or credits are not normally provided for missed sessions due to illness, injury, holidays, school commitments, other football commitments or personal circumstances.

Where practical, PreGame Football may consider alternative arrangements at its discretion.

4. Adverse Weather & Facility Closures

PreGame Football aims to run sessions in most weather conditions. However, where adverse weather, extreme temperatures or unsafe playing conditions make it unsafe or impractical to continue, a session may be modified, postponed or cancelled.

Sessions may also be cancelled if the training facility becomes unavailable or closes unexpectedly.

Parents and guardians will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as reasonably possible.

Refunds are not normally provided for individual sessions affected by adverse weather or facility closures. Where practical, PreGame Football may offer a replacement session or account credit.

Where cancellations materially affect the service provided, PreGame Football will consider any remedy required under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory rights a customer may have.

5. Behaviour & Removal from the Programme

All players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, other players and staff.

Bullying, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, persistent disruption or behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others will not be tolerated.

PreGame Football reserves the right to investigate incidents, issue warnings, suspend participation or remove a player from the programme where reasonably justified by the circumstances.

Where a player is removed for serious or persistent misconduct, refunds will not normally be provided for services already delivered or for sums properly due under the membership agreement. Any decision will be subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Membership Cancellation

Parents and guardians who wish to cancel their child's membership must follow the cancellation procedure communicated by PreGame Football at registration.

The applicable notice period, final payment arrangements and membership end date will be explained in the membership Terms & Conditions.

Membership fees remain payable during any valid notice period, subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

7. Price Changes

PreGame Football reserves the right to change membership prices by providing at least 30 days' notice.

If a price increase is proposed, parents and guardians will be notified of the new price and its effective date.

If a parent or guardian does not wish to continue at the revised price, they may cancel their membership before the increase takes effect, following the applicable cancellation procedure.

8. Changes to the Training Programme

PreGame Football may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to coaches, session arrangements, facilities or schedules to maintain the safe and effective delivery of its programme.

Where a significant change affects a player's membership, affected parents and guardians will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

PreGame Football will consider any remedies required by applicable consumer law where a change materially affects the service purchased.
